  Wood fired porcelain, ash glaze. The glaze has pooled around the base and inside each cup to a
   beautiful glassy green . Height 10 cm.

  11 and 12 :  SAUCE JUGS
   It is tempting to call these jugs "gravy boats". But that might put people off  using them for custard or cream. Either way, this design of
    jug  is suitable for a thicker type of liquid.
   
   11 -  Wood fired porcelain, ash glaze, with glassy pooled glaze inside and around the base.
           Capacity nearly one pint, height at tip of spout 11 cm

   12 - The glaze on this jug is more even and there is no pooling at the base

19 - 23 :  SET OF FIVE NESTING BOWLS

These bowls are wood fired and glazed with a translucent olive green celadon. Some have glazed sides, and some have bare sides with delicate coral coloured ash deposits. The white stripe through the centre of the bowl is also glazed.
